Roses are red

Work is okay. Class is okay. Wakeboarding is good. Rollerhockey is great. Family reunion is promising. Ill recieved gifts are bad...

I guess I should be more careful about doing generous things. Just because I would appreciate something, apparently doesn't mean other people would, or even if most people would appreciate it, some people don't. Oh well. You win some, you lose some; as the saying goes.

Hmmmm... I bet it would have been a better idea to send the flowers to someone who would have enjoyed them more... I suppose that would be pretty much anyone else besides the person who got them...

Waiting for the sign...

Well, I got a few things done today; nothing quite like I imagined I might get done, but today wasn't a total waste, at least.

It's at times like these that I wish God could be a little more obvious in giving me some sort of sign.

*sigh* ...and I hate it how indecision really saps out my motivation; I can't act if I don't know what to do...

So, I guess I'm still waiting for the sign...

Unintentional day off

Well, looks like I have the day off. I seem to have already worked 40 hours in the past four days--probably having something to do with that one day I worked extra long painting and re-assembling the mower deck for the 1145 demo (that was Tuesday night and Wednesday morning; I didn't clock out from work till 2:20 am, and then I clocked back in at 6:50 am Wednesday morning...)--so now I have today off.

Even though I was thinking about getting up early and going swimming or running, I just slept in, instead. Hopefully I'll get something productive done in the afternoon! Though it is admittedly nice to have a chance to rest.

A blog, how interesting...

Ooh, I've started a blog... I think I'll write things down! Though not much for the moment since I'm spending more time figuring out the features of this blogspot.com website...
